Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the app’s features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time within the Skwill AI app.
If you upgrade, you’ll immediately gain access to the additional features and credits of the higher-tier plan.
If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to your current plan’s features until then.
The new billing will be reflected in the following month after you select your plan. For Annual Plans, you can upgrade and will be billed for the remainder due.
We do not have a refund for an Annual Plan.
Onboarding by Customer Success includes a product walkthrough and clarification of the insights generated by the Skwill AI Sales Coach. This service is available exclusively for the Enterprise Plan.
The Skwill Sales Academy is available for Enterprise Plan users. The Academy has a rich library of content, videos and articles.
The Customer Profile (Credits) indicates the number of unique customer profiles you can access and analyze within your selected subscription plan. Each credit lets you generate behavioral insights for one customer or prospect, enabling you to customize your sales approach effectively. Tip: Choose the plan that best aligns with the number of customer or prospect interactions you typically have each month.
Once you run out of credits, you can easily upgrade your subscription plan. Each plan offers a varying number of credits, allowing you to select the one that best fits your usage requirements.
Currently, Skwill AI does not offer direct integration with CRM and other sales tools. However, it provides valuable insights and data that can be easily incorporated into your CRM manually. Future updates will include integrations with Salesforce and Microsoft O365 apps, coming soon.

While LinkedIn updates are not a challenge for us, there may be rare instances where Skwill is unable to generate a buyer persona. The likelihood of this occurring is less than 0.01%.
There is no need to take a DISC assessment before using Skwill.
